About LX MAP

LX MAP is a repeatable formation system for converting a viable business concept into a fully defined, operationally engineered virtual business. It begins with requirements—not software, branding, automation, or procedures.

The framework moves through three completion gates: Model defines what the business must accomplish, Architecture engineers how value and work will move, and Prove verifies that the operation performs under normal, exception, and recovery conditions.

The LXGSTX methodology governs the reasoning throughout: Observe, Trace, Diagnose, Design, and Verify. Its purpose is to prevent assumptions and quick workarounds from becoming permanent infrastructure.
